Draft notice. This document is an initial product draft for VIVARIA — Season 1: Afterclass, provided for transparency. It is not legal advice and must be reviewed by a qualified lawyer before production use. Bracketed placeholders must be completed before publishing.

VIVARIA is an interactive entertainment community. So the experience is enriching and safe for everyone, these Community Guidelines apply. By using the platform, you agree to follow them without reservation. Part of VIVARIA — Season 1: Afterclass.

Permitted conduct

  • Interacting with NPCs creatively, emotionally and dramatically, within the spirit of each season's narrative.
  • Expressing support or criticism of characters through the narrative-influence system.
  • Generating and sharing clips of your interactions in line with these rules.
  • Using authorized community spaces to discuss the platform, characters and narrative.
  • Reporting content you consider inappropriate using the available mechanisms.

Prohibited conduct — toward other users

  • Harassing, intimidating, threatening, insulting or bullying other users on or off the platform using VIVARIA-related means.
  • Publishing or sharing third parties' personal information without their express consent (doxxing).
  • Discriminatory or hateful remarks based on gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, ethnic or national origin, religion, disability, socioeconomic status or any other protected characteristic.
  • Inciting violence, hatred or harm against people or groups.

Prohibited conduct — toward NPCs and content

  • Manipulating NPCs to generate illegal, violent, sexually explicit, hateful or discriminatory content.
  • Presenting NPC responses as real statements by existing natural persons.
  • Using NPC interactions to extract information for fraud, deception or manipulation of third parties.
  • Creating or attempting to create scenes involving fictional or real minors in inappropriate, sexualized or violent contexts.
  • Publishing clips containing third parties' personal information without consent.
  • Generating, distributing or promoting sexually explicit content of any kind.
  • Creating content that promotes, glorifies or instructs on real violence, self-harm, suicide or harm to others.
  • Sharing clips that infringe third parties' copyright or other IP rights.
  • Using platform content — characters, clips, dialogues — for your own commercial purposes without the Company's written authorization.

Prohibited conduct — platform operation

  • Attempting to hack, breach or exploit platform security flaws.
  • Creating additional accounts to evade active sanctions on an existing account.
  • Using bots, automated scripts, macros or unauthorized tools to interact with the platform.
  • Attempting to bypass, manipulate or evade NPC moderation filters.
  • Any conduct that could qualify as fraud, scam or economic manipulation.

Shareable clips — user responsibility

  • Verify the clip contains no personal information (your own or others') you do not wish to make public.
  • Confirm the clip content does not violate these rules or the Terms of Use.
  • Accept the clip is visible to anyone with access to the link.
  • Acknowledge VIVARIA may remove it if it breaks the rules, without prior notice.
  • VIVARIA is not responsible for the content of user-published clips, though it acts as moderator and responds to reports.

Moderation

  • Content filters on NPCs: AI models have content restrictions set by the Company's team; NPCs refuse to generate certain categories of content.
  • Reactive moderation: VIVARIA's team reviews user reports and may act on reported content.
  • Proactive moderation: during special events, featured content or risk situations, there may be manual review without a prior report.
  • To report rule-violating content, use the in-platform report button or write to [SUPPORT_EMAIL] describing the content and its location.

Consequences

  • Minor (isolated offensive language, low-impact spam) — Warning + content removal.
  • Moderate (harassment, NPC manipulation, filter evasion) — Temporary suspension (1–30 days).
  • Serious (doxxing, fraud, illegal content, repeat offenses) — Permanent suspension.
  • Critical (child sexual abuse material, CSAM) — Permanent suspension + immediate report to authorities.
  • Sanctions are applied at the discretion of VIVARIA's moderation team. A sanctioned user may appeal by emailing [SUPPORT_EMAIL] within 15 calendar days of the notice. Appeals are reviewed by a team other than the one that applied the original sanction.

Malicious reports and cooperation with authorities

Using the report system with the deliberate intent to harm other users without justified cause may also result in sanctions for the bad-faith reporter.

VIVARIA will cooperate with the competent authorities when required by law, including in cases involving illegal content, child abuse or real threats to people's integrity.
