Roller Derby Live Terms of Use

You may use Roller Derby Live for personal, non-commercial viewing of broadcasts and content. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation or use it to harm others.

You must meet the minimum age required in your region to use Roller Derby Live. Where a younger user is permitted, use should occur under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

If interactive features such as live chat or reactions are introduced, you are responsible for the content you submit and confirm you have the right to share it. Be respectful; we may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these terms.

• Do not harass, abuse or harm other users.
• Do not record, redistribute or rebroadcast content without authorization.
• Do not attempt to access accounts, streams or data that are not yours.
• Do not interfere with the security or normal operation of the service.

If paid features, subscriptions or in-app purchases are introduced in the future, additional terms relating to pricing, billing and refunds may apply and will be presented at that time. Payments may be handled through the relevant app store or payment provider.

Roller Derby Live, including its broadcasts, design, branding and software, is owned by Derby Wife Studio or its content partners and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, distribute or create derivative works from the service's content without permission.

Roller Derby Live is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Broadcasts, features and content may change, be paused or be discontinued, especially while the product is in development.

To the extent permitted by law, Derby Wife Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Roller Derby Live. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update Roller Derby Live and these terms over time. When we update these terms, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
