ASCUA Terms of Use

You may play ASCUA for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to cheat, exploit, tamper with or otherwise misuse the game or interfere with other players' experience.

You must meet the minimum age required in your region to play ASCUA. Where a younger player is permitted, play should occur under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

Your progress may be stored to let you continue playing. Because ASCUA is in development, progress and game data may be reset, changed or lost between updates.

If in-app purchases are introduced in the future, additional terms relating to pricing, payment and refunds may apply and will be presented at that time. Purchases are handled through the relevant app store.

ASCUA, including its characters, art, audio, design, branding and software, is owned by Derby Wife Studio and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, distribute or create derivative works from the game's creative elements without permission.

• Do not use cheats, bots or exploits.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer or tamper with the game except where allowed by law.
• Do not use the game for any unlawful purpose.

ASCUA is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features and content may change, be paused or be discontinued, especially while the game is in development.

To the extent permitted by law, Derby Wife Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of ASCUA. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update ASCUA and these terms over time. When we update these terms, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued play after changes means you accept the updated terms.
